We at Textinnova have been extremely satisfied with our experience, and after taking the time to learn everything about this TMS (which, understandably, can be a bit complex), we noticed just how different it was from all of our previous experiences with other systems — in a positive way.

If the tool one needs is not included in the official list, chances are the XTRF programmers can help integrate that too, partially or even fully.
Then there is the possibility of including more than just translators and proofreaders in the list of collaborators. It is a very malleable system, which in turn can help define different degrees of intricacy for every process; and because we at Textinnova have decided to adopt a tiered business model, being able to create specific workflows for each tier makes it much simpler for the manager to follow what the customer is offered step-by-step.
Mastering all of the functions that make up XTRF can seem a bit complicated at first, but thanks to their Academy service, a project manager can learn everything there is to learn about the platform in a very short time. The Academy offers video tutorials about all of the main functions, and also includes tests and exercises to make sure everything is clear before moving on to the following subject.
