XTRF, a leading provider of translation management software for language service providers, today announced a majority investment from K1 Investment Management, LLC (“K1”), a leading investment firm focusing on high-growth enterprise software companies.
Established in 2010, XTRF enables customers to integrate their entire localization process in one globally accessible platform. The cloud-based system streamlines the management of complex translation and localization workflows by linking client requirements, internal processes, and vendor management in a seamless online environment.
The strategic growth investment from K1 marks another significant milestone along XTRF’s journey and will help fuel continued growth and innovation.
“We founded XTRF to help the translation and localization industry work more efficiently by delivering user-friendly and customizable management tools,” said Andrzej Nedoma, CEO of XTRF. “By partnering with K1, we’ll be able to continue investing in our current solutions, offer an expanded product portfolio, and ensure our partners and customers can realize their localization priorities.”
“XTRF has emerged as a Category Leader with impressive growth in the translation management and localization space,” said Andrew Doane, Vice President at K1. “We look forward to partnering with XTRF to execute on their vision and deliver exceptional value to customers and partners around the globe.”
K1’s investment in XTRF is its second in translation technology. In February 2021, K1 made a growth equity investment in XTM International, a leading provider of SaaS translation management software for enterprises.
