On September 22, we announced that XTRF received a majority investment from K1 Investment Management. It’s been an exciting 1.5 months so far and XTRF has continued to invest in platform development. In October, we released version 9.1, and the next version 9.2 is scheduled to be delivered this year.
Since the announcement, we’ve received some questions so I’d like to address them here.
Since XTRF and XTM are both part of the K1 Family,
will they be integrated together?
Both XTM and XTRF remain focused on executing their respective growth plans and will continue to run as separate entities.
Will XTRF maintain its partnerships and integrations with language technology providers?
All existing partnerships and integrations will continue to be supported and developed according to market and client needs.
Is the XTRF platform changing? Will it be merged with XTM?
We will continue investing in and improving the XTRF platform to bring increased value to customers. When it comes to XTRF and XTM, the integration between the companies’ products will be strengthened. There are no plans to merge the products.
Are there any changes to the XTRF product roadmap?
This investment allows us to invest more in the roadmap and accelerate innovation. XTRF will continue to develop according to market and client needs.
Will XTRF customer support be changing?
XTRF maintains a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and will continue to provide the same level of service and support that we always have.
