Our Customer Success Department is a crucial component of XTRF’s business and is tasked with overseeing all customer retention activities. Working as a Customer Success Manager you will respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues, taking a proactive approach to minimizing the underlying causes and concerns through building a strong relationship with the customer. Our approach is to settle cooperation and support in working together for the success of the customer and hence also of XTRF.
As a Customer Success Manager not only will you learn about account management itself, but you will also have the unique opportunity to work with clients from all over the world.
- Well-organized with good time management skills
- Very good spoken and written English (B2-equivalent or higher)

- Experience in LSP industry is preferred
