In the Portal, you can easily add and edit quotes, projects, clients, and vendors. Tailor and easily manage project workflows and select vendors to work on each aspect of the job. View, add, and edit client and vendor invoices and make payments. There’s even an in-built CRM functionality to help manage sales processes and projects.

And the Business Barometer gives you an excellent insight into trends and different aspects of the business, such as turnover, ROI per client, tasks per language combination, and much more.

You and your staff can log in from any device with access to the Internet
with a password and username created for them
once a profile is set up in the system.

- View, edit, and filter vendors, including their status, availability (including remaining capacity), evaluation, language combination, job type, and specializations
- Filter based on the countries vendors are based in, whether they’re an individual, and whether they’ve worked for a specific client before
- Filter based on vendor software, hardware, or CAT tool
- On a vendor’s record, quickly see their competencies, rates, evaluation, jobs they’ve worked on, feedback, holidays booked, and qualifications
Invoicing
- View and add client invoices and payments, and view client receivables
- View and add vendor invoices and payments, and view vendor payables
CRM
- Add and edit emails (including emails from a template)
- Add and edit memos, plan tasks and events, and log calls
- Memos, tasks, events, and calls logged can each include descriptions, deadlines, responsible people, and priority levels
