What is the Self Service Manager and what can I use it for?
The Self Service Manager (SSM) is a hub for all things administrative and technical to do with XTRF. It’s for those responsible for overseeing and managing the backend of the system, such as the IT team and system administrators.
You can use the SSM to check and control key details about your XTRF instance and package, storage usage, and available features. You can also add or remove licenses, and schedule a meeting with the XTRF team.
Who is the Self Service Manager intended for?
We’ve designed the Self Service Manager for those in your organization who oversee and manage the backend of your XTRF, such as your IT team and system administrators.
Access to the Self Service Manager (SSM) is given to those indicated as your organization’s business proxy or technical contact (as per your contract with us), and who have a Jira account. Please remember that both conditions should be met in order to have access to SSM.
Who can use the Self Service Manager? How do I log in?
Access to the Self Service Manager (SSM) is given to those indicated as your organization’s business proxy or technical contact (as per your contract with us). They must also have a Jira account, as they use their Jira account details to log in to the SSM.

Yes, absolutely. We have plans underway to develop the Self Service Manager further to provide more functionality. We’ll let you know about upcoming changes in our monthly newsletter.
