Self Service Manager
The Self Service Manager is like the administrative center for your XTRF account
It allows you to check and control key details about your XTRF instance and package.
Your account for the Manager is connected to the Jira account you use to contact the Help Desk.

In the Manager, you’ll find your:

Package details
onCloud instance details
Storage usage
XTRF contact person

You’ll also see relevant information, available features, and suggestions from:

The Customer Success team
XTRF Knowledge Base
XTRF Academy

In the Manager, you can:

Add or remove licenses
Schedule a meeting with XTRF
The Manager allows you to easily make these changes
without needing to pick up the phone or send us an email.
