XTRF Self Service Manager
The Self Service Manager is like the administrative center
for your XTRF account.
It allows you to check and control key details
about your XTRF instance and package.
Your account for the Manager is connected to the Jira account
you use to contact the Help Desk.

In the Manager, you’ll find your:

Storage usage
XTRF contact person

In the Manager, you can:

Add or remove licenses
Schedule a meeting with XTRF
The Manager allows you to easily make these changes
without needing to pick up the phone or send us an email.

  • The Self Service Manager (SSM) is a hub for all things administrative and technical to do with XTRF. It’s for those responsible for overseeing and managing the backend of the system, such as the IT team and system administrators.

    You can use the SSM to check and control key details about your XTRF instance and package, storage usage, and available features. You can also add or remove licenses, and schedule a meeting with the XTRF team.

  • We’ve designed the Self Service Manager for those in your organization who oversee and manage the backend of your XTRF, such as your IT team and system administrators.

    Access to the Self Service Manager (SSM) is given to those indicated as your organization’s business proxy or technical contact (as per your contract with us), and who have a Jira account. Please remember that both conditions should be met in order to have access to SSM.

  • Access to the Self Service Manager (SSM) is given to those indicated as your organization’s business proxy or technical contact (as per your contract with us). They must also have a Jira account, as they use their Jira account details to log in to the SSM.

    If you need to update your business proxy or technical contact person or people, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email success@xtrf.eu.
